I don't think so. In the EL there are better teams: for example ManUtd, ManCity, Valencia.

i dont think they will play seriously this cup, only valencia, but psv can beat valencia...

We'll see. You're right that some big names don't play seriously in the EL, but I think specific in the early stages (qualification, group stages) so not in the last 32 or 16.
