Esta muy bien el aporte, pero si lo hubieras pasado de flv (.mp4) a divx o xvid estaria bastante mejor.

P.D: si es tu IP la que aparece ahi 84.xx.xx.xx recomiendo que la quites.
Acabo de sacar en que lugar esta de este mundo y su proveedor
