Download and install
1) x264 codecs (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/x264_Video_Codec.htm)
2) ffdshow (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm)
3) Download and copy the nsvdec_x264.dll (ftp://ftp.profibox.hu/usr/profibox/pub/tmp/nsvdec_x264.dll) named file in the Winamp\plugins directory

fixed!

Next time you 'll open .nsv files with winamp you will see and hear! ;-)
