I believe it is. I noticed many of these uploaded mlb games have audio from the radio instead of the regular tv station.
TV audio is definitely better than radio, because you would like the commentators to match the on screen pictures.

perhaps the ripper is not aware of it him/her self , so thought i would write something about it 8-):-)

TV audio is definitely better than radio, because you would like the commentators to match the on screen pictures. And there is almost no crowd noise/arena sound when the audio is from the radio !
