No.

DVSC = Debreceni VSC, means "Debrecen Railways Sport Club" (the Hungarian State Railway Company was the main sponsor of the club). DVSC is the club of the city called Debrecen. Debrecen is the second largest city of Hungary (after Budapest).

DVTK = Diósgyőri VTK, means "Group of the Diósgyőr Ironworks Sportsmen" (because it was founded by ironwork workers --> metal factory workers) and Diósgyőr Ironworks was the sponsor of the club. Diósgyőr is a part of the city called Miskolc. Miskolc is the third largest city of Hungary.

"i" at the end of the word Debrecen or Diósgyőr means just like in the german "er", like Hamburger SV. That's why it's incorrect when foreign people call our team "Debreceni", because it's the same as if we would say "Hamburger". We don't say "Hamburger" when we speak about the team, but we shall say "Hamburger SV" or "HSV" or simply just "Hamburg". It's the same: the name of the team is "DVSC" or "Debreceni VSC" or just "Debrecen" just like the city. :)
