hello, i want to stream on Rojadirecta with 2000kbps in web/flash, but my friend tell can exist many rules on rojadirecta.

Please tell me if exist some rules like:
Los canales flash no pueden ser indexados a mas de 1.300Kbps, su capacidad para aguantar usuarios es muy limitada. Sólo los P2P podrán utilizar más de estos kbps.
Los banners de publicidad tienen que estar correctamente señalizados, no todas las empresas de publicidad son válidas para ser indexadas
