    El paint. Preguntale a Jaigonma, que tiene una tesis doctoral sobre el paint, el programa más infravalorado de la historia de al informatica.

    Yo conozco el clasico Photoshop. Te le puedes bajar y buscar tutoriales para aprender a usarlo.
