Funciona perfectamente en España con Vlc, no se si quieres alguna pista mas. Puede que tenga geolocalización y donde estés no lo veas, tambien pudiera ser. Donde lo estás viendo?.

Tambien puede ser que lo hayas copiado mal. Tienes que dar boton dcho sobre el enlace y copiar enlace, no vale con el izquierdo marcarlo y copiarlo.
