¿Alguien puede conseguirme el enlace (a ser posible, el enlace HD) para SimpleTV de este canal? http://tv-online.im/polsat-sport-hd-live

Lo he intentado siguiendo los pasos de RTMPDumpHelper y me devuelve esto:

Versión SD: rtmpdump -r "rtmp://95.211.215.130/live/76" -a "live/76" -f "WIN 11,8,800,94" -W "http://old2.weeb.tv/static2/player.swf" -p "http://tv-online.im/polsat-sport-hd-live" --live -y "live" -o "live.flv"

Versión HD: rtmpdump -r "rtmp://95.211.215.134/live/76" -a "live/76" -f "WIN 11,8,800,94" -W "http://old2.weeb.tv/static2/player.swf" -p "http://tv-online.im/polsat-sport-hd-live" --live -y "liveHI" -o "liveHI.flv"

Pero cuando lo convierto a enlace SimpleTV a través de esta web: http://plst.agilityhoster.com/en/rtmp.html me devuelve este enlace y me da fallo en SimpleTV ambos links:
