    You can say "Chúc mừng sinh nhật"
    Other ways: "Sinh nhật vui vẻ"
    More polite: " Chúc mừng sinh nhật bạn/em/ anh/ chị/ông/ bà". It depends on situation. If you want to wish your girlfriend, you can say "chúc mừng sinh nhật em".
    If you want to wish your brother, you can say "chúc mừng sinh nhật anh".
