No insistan. En España es legal. Punto.
================================================== ==========
I see the new rules favourably. I already said in previous posts that I agree with the mixed uploads, the shorteners (two shorteners max. is fine) and the free servers (the faster, mega, lolabits or torrents, the better).
But something's come up that may force us to rethink these rules. Looking at the news that Churun mentioned before, about MediaPro, the Courts are going to fine tune to catch us. I'm aware that their sights are on live streaming, but they'll surely take advantage of whatever they can (moneymaking included). I think we should not take the risk of a shutdown. Banning "premium downloads" could be an option. They are risky now...
Also I take this opportunity to comment on two things of past posts:
- RD may have servers in Canada, but its legal address is in Galicia, therefore, it's governed by Spanish law ...
- And about those laws, I'd like to remind some foreign uploader that in Spain, downloading while there is no profit (money) is legal. Don't insist. In Spain it's legal. It's not a question that we try hard to bring this subject to "legal/illegal" thing, the question is that this is the only reason that could endanger the web.
